This with ginger ale and a squeeze of fresh lime is one of the best simple highballs you can make. Its peppery, yet sweet, yet rounded. Anything where you would typically use a bourbon or a whiskey, I prefer swapping in the Rye. Also this bottle makes an amazing water decanter afterwards. You can find it in most liquor stores in the states - in Canada its a bit trickier since the tariffs.
