Refund policy
This policy outlines the rules for service refunds, digital assets, and retrieving physical items sent to our studio. By booking a service or shipping items to us, you agree to these terms.
1. Refunds & Studio Credits
- No Monetary Refunds: All sales are final. We do not issue cash or credit card refunds under any circumstances.
- Studio Credit: If a project is modified or canceled by mutual agreement, remedies are issued exclusively as Studio Credit. This credit is valid toward future photoshoots, consulting, or digital purchases, and holds no cash value.
- Consulting & Meetings: Service bookings are non-refundable. Rescheduling requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice, or the session fee is forfeited.
- Digital Assets: All sales of digital downloads, stock imagery, and digital files are final once the download links have been delivered.
2. Product Returns & Workflows
Physical items sent to the studio are not automatically returned. To retrieve your products after production concludes, you must use one of the two options below:
Option A: Prepaid Shipping
- Reply directly to your original purchase receipt email.
- Attach a valid, prepaid return shipping label.
- Deadline: The label must be received before your items arrive at the studio. If the label is not received in advance, original packaging is discarded during unboxing and items cannot be shipped back.
Option B: In-Person Pickup
- Pickups must be scheduled and approved via email prior to the shoot date.
- Deadline: Approved items must be collected from our studio within 7 business days of project completion.
Unarranged Items: If a prepaid shipping label or in-person pickup is not executed within 7 business days of project completion, the items will not be returned. The studio does not track or store unarranged items and is fully released from all ongoing property liability.
3. Storage & Retainers
- Future Shoots: We do not offer complimentary storage between independent projects. We cannot guarantee that an item will be kept or available for future use.
- Ambassador Retainers: Dedicated, long-term product storage is only provided for brand partners with an active, signed Ambassador Retainer.
