Terms of service
By placing an order with Directionless Creative, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Scope of Services
You are purchasing digital media production services based on the specific deliverables selected at checkout. Each asset is produced using your supplied physical product within a single designated setup or environment. Unless explicitly upgraded or specified in writing, all deliverables consist of RAW, unedited media (original footage, ambient audio only, no dialogue, no captions, and no post-production edits).
2. Order Finality & Capacity
All transactions are final. Your order reserves immediate studio capacity, production slots, and scheduling priority. We do not accept project cancellations, do not guarantee post-checkout modifications, and do not issue monetary refunds under any circumstances.
3. Production Standards
Content is executed under real-world, commercial studio conditions. We do not guarantee exact variable replications of past listing imagery, specific weather conditions, shifting natural light, seasonal transitions, or organic plant growth and condition. Reshoots are excluded. A revision or studio credit is only evaluated if the studio utilizes the wrong product, executes an incorrect brief setup, or delivers files rendered materially unusable by a direct technical production error.
4. Client Products & Shipping Logistics
You assume full responsibility for sending the correct product, verifying its condition for filming, ensuring timely studio arrival, and providing precise order identification. All transit risk remains with the buyer; the studio holds no liability for lost, delayed, or damaged incoming packages.
Physical products are not automatically returned. Product reclamation is strictly governed by our Studio Returns Policy. You must either supply a prepaid return label prior to your product's arrival at the studio or execute a scheduled in-person pickup within 7 business days of project completion. If neither path is executed within 7 business days, the items are deemed abandoned, original packaging is discarded, and the studio is fully released from all ongoing property liability. Ongoing or complimentary storage between independent projects is not provided.
5. Item Restrictions
Products must safely align with standard studio constraints. We reject oversized, logistically impractical, or environmentally incompatible items. Prohibited items include ingestible health supplements, medical devices, regulated substances, hazardous materials, political collateral, and adult items. Commercial alcohol products are permitted.
6. Digital Delivery & Storage
Completed media assets are delivered via a secure shared link to the email provided at checkout. Files are guaranteed to remain hosted and accessible for a minimum of 30 days post-delivery. You assume full responsibility for downloading and archiving your media assets before this hosting window concludes.
7. Usage Rights & Intellectual Property
Upon final delivery, you receive a commercial usage license corresponding directly to your purchase selection. Directionless Creative retains full underlying copyright ownership of all produced media assets.
8. Governing Law
These terms, transactions, and service agreements are governed exclusively by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
