The aesthetic is urban greenhouse — concrete ceilings, dark hardwood, white Eames-style dining chairs around a raw-edge wood table, the iconic dandelion pendant light hovering above. It photographs differently in every season: cool and airy in summer with the city skyline behind the plants, warm and intimate in winter when the city lights replace the sky.
