This is a centralized intake location where products are received, logged, and redistributed to creators.
Shipping Process
- Place your order on our website.
- Ship your product to the studio address listed above.
- Reply directly to your order confirmation email with your order number, carrier name, and tracking number.
Production Timing & Cycles
Production timelines begin only after your product has been physically received and logged at the studio.
- Products received between the 1st and 15th of the month: Media delivered by the end of the current calendar month.
- Products received from the 16th to the end of the month: Media delivered by the 15th of the following calendar month.
- Late Arrivals: Packages that arrive past a cycle deadline automatically transition to the next production cycle.
Shipping Responsibility & Liabilities
- Costs & Compliance: The buyer assumes full responsibility for all shipping costs, import duties, customs clearance, delivery timing, and ensuring the exact, usable product is sent.
- Lost or Damaged Packages: If a package is lost or damaged in transit before arrival, it is the buyer’s responsibility to resolve the claim directly with the carrier. If a package is confirmed received by our studio tracking and subsequently misplaced internally, we will resolve it at our sole discretion.
- Incorrect or Unusable Items: If the wrong product is sent or the item cannot be used for production, filming will not proceed and no refund will be issued.
- Missing Order Information: Shipments must have clear external identification. If a package arrives without a clear order number or identifier, it will be rejected at the door and turned away from the courier.
Product Returns
Physical products are not returned by default. Asset reclamation is strictly governed by our studio policy guidelines. To retrieve your items after production concludes, you must either supply a valid, prepaid return shipping label via email before your items arrive at the studio, or schedule an approved in-person pickup within 7 business days of project completion. All return shipping fees, duties, and logistics are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Items left unarranged past 7 business days are discarded.
